Let Us Support You in This Journey

Research shows that, in addition to regular nursing care, continuous labor support such as a birth partner or doula can:

  • Reduce C-section rates

  • shorten labor

  • lead to fewer reports of dissatisfied labor

  • decrease the need for analgesia

We help ensure your birth partner feels prepared and able to help support you through this process.

Client Reviews

"The Prenatal Essential Course that the team put together was awesome! As a first time mom, I learned so much about the way our bodies work, what things can be beneficial during pregnancy, as well as tips on L&D positions. Both educational and hands on, I highly recommend the mamas to take this course!"

Today I joined the Prenatal Essentials Course. The pelvRX team was so nice and welcoming! The course was educational, Dr. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions. It was nice to chat with other moms, learn about your pelvic floor, prepare for birth and postpartum, and learn some helpful stretches.

"I participated in Kelly's Prenatal Essentials Course, and it was super helpful learning and practicing different exercises to help prep for labor and delivery. There is so much misleading information online and on social media. Kelly clarified many myths for us about our pelvic floor in regard to pregnancy as well as things like diastasis recti. Highly recommend this course, it was especially helpful for a first time mom (like me) to learn about!"
